*nervous laugh, sweat drop, and rubbing back of head* I'm still here, kind of. I haven't actually gotten on DeviantArt for more than like 3 seconds in the last year. My last post was at the end of 2019 and honestly I thought I posted it like a few months ago. Oops. After my internship at the wildlife center, I moved onto college and then BOOM Covid. I got sent home for Spring Break, and then wasn't allowed to come back, which sucked. A lot. Then I spent the summer working at my family's pizza place and planning a wedding, that barely happened. It was strictly just family. At the same time, my grandpa was getting really sick (dementia), so I spent a lot of energy worrying about him. Then, in October I moved out and lost my childhood horse the same day. Literally 2 hours later my mom texted me to come back. It sucked, but I lived and having moved out I think made it a little easier. In December, I got married to the love of my life and then looked ahead to the future. Oh, by the

Wow, been a while, huh?
So, I'm not dead. This summer was CRAZY busy. I was working 12-14 hour days at least twice a week and for a while was going almost two weeks before I had a day off from both jobs. I was an Intern at a local wildlife rehab and absolutely FELL IN LOVE with taking care of baby songbirds. It's so rewarding and fun and just an awesome experience.
Right now, I've gotten into painting terracotta pots and have been doing that for extra income. I'm also going to explore some no waste diy recipes for things like soap and cleaners. Hopefully use that for income as well!
